Maldives Immigration confirms the online declaration is free, required for every traveller including minors, and due within 96 hours before arrival.

Indonesia: the All Indonesia arrival declaration is general since 1 October 2025; the e-VOA stays separate
The integrated arrival declaration is filed within three days before arrival. The electronic visa on arrival is a separate step with its own fee and validity.

Malaysia: unpaid eVisa applications expire after seven business days
The Malaysia eVisa FAQ, updated 6 October 2026, states that files left in “New Application” or “Pending Payment” expire after seven business days. The MDAC remains a separate, free arrival card.

Cambodia: the e-Arrival card is free and opens seven days before arrival
The immigration department and the e-Arrival portal agree on a seven-day window and no fee. The card is separate from the eVisa.

Philippines: eTravel is filed within 72 hours before arrival and is free
The official eTravel FAQ confirms who must register, the exemptions, the 72-hour window and the QR code shown at the border. No fee applies.

Equatorial Guinea: the online visa is currently valid for entry at Malabo airport only
The government information office confirms the online visa portal and names Malabo International Airport as the only entry point activated so far.
