An official police announcement and the All Indonesia portal confirm that the integrated declaration (immigration, customs and health) became general on 1 October 2025, with a three-day submission window before arrival.
The e-VOA remains a distinct application on the immigration portal. A Yogyakarta immigration office article, dated 2023, explains that the e-VOA can be used to enter within 90 days of issue for a stay of up to 30 days; we do not promise any automatic extension.
